Brad Foster, vice president and general manager for Devon Energy’s central division, was named Member of the Year by the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA).

Foster was recognized for his support of the association’s Oilfield Services Fundraising Auction, the OIPA’s largest single fund-raising event. Proceeds from the auction are used to support the advocacy efforts of OIPA, which benefits all sectors of the oil and gas industry in Oklahoma.
